Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the professional IT services provided by IE ვიტალიჯ პოპოვ (Individual Entrepreneur).

By accessing this website, requesting our services, or making a payment through our integrated payment channels, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with using our website or services.

We provide specialized technology solutions divided into two core areas:

A. Salesforce Implementation & Optimization

• Salesforce Implementation & Setup: Migration of business processes from spreadsheets or legacy tools, system customization, data structuring, and tailored CRM development.
• Process Automation: Workflow automation, reduction of manual input errors, and operational speed optimization.
• Integrations & Custom Solutions: Connecting Salesforce with third-party software, data synchronization, and custom Apex/Lightning development.
• Visibility & Reporting: Custom dashboard creation, analytics setup, and performance reporting.
• Sales Process & Pricing: Automation of quotes, complex pricing models, and CPQ-aligned sales pipelines.
• Optimization & Audit: Comprehensive technical audits of existing Salesforce setups, inefficiency risk assessment, and technical remediation plans.

B. Cybersecurity Solutions

• Digital protection, cybersecurity configuration, and security maintenance for individuals and small businesses.

3. Pricing, Billing, and Payment Processing

All pricing is project-specific and defined in the respective invoice, payment link, or Statement of Work (SOW). Payments are accepted in Euro (EUR) or US Dollars (USD). Depending on the mutual agreement with the Client, one of the following billing models applies:

• Milestone-Based / Fixed Price: Payments split into an upfront advance (deposit) and a final payment upon delivery.
• Post-Payment: Invoicing strictly after the completion and technical delivery of the agreed service phase.
• Subscription / Retainer: Recurring billing for ongoing support, cybersecurity monitoring, or maintenance.

Online card processing and billing services on this website are securely facilitated by our authorized payment partner, Keepz.me, with subsequent settlement to our corporate bank account at Credo Bank.

4. Flexible Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value fair cooperation and operate under a transparent, flexible refund policy to mitigate payment disputes:

• Work in Progress (Time & Materials): If a project or subscription is cancelled mid-cycle, the Client is entitled to a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the value of the hours already spent and tasks completed up to the date of cancellation from the initial payment.
• Advance Payments: If a project is cancelled by the Client before any technical work, data discovery, or provisioning has commenced, a 100% refund of the deposit will be issued, minus standard bank processing and third-party provider transfer fees.
• Completed Work: Once a development sprint, optimization milestone, or subscription month is fully delivered and accepted by the Client (or 5 business days pass without written objections), the fees for that specific milestone become completely non-refundable.
• Refund Processing: All approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

IE ვიტალიჯ პოპოვ shall not be held liable for any operational downtime, loss of business data, or system vulnerabilities resulting from standard platform limitations of Salesforce or external architectural factors beyond our direct configuration scope.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and all business interactions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia. Any formal legal disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
